RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Flow Hockey! We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Period

We offer a 15-day return period from the date of delivery for most items. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at flowhockey99@gmail.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.

  • Pack the item securely in the original packaging, if possible.

  • Include the RA number and a copy of the original packing slip or receipt with your return.

  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Clearance or sale items

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
